Complaints Process
We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly.
Step 1: Contact Us
Please contact Jenny McLaughlin directly by phone on 0411 089 384 or email admin@finseek.com.au. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
Step 2: Internal Review
If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you can request an internal review. We will investigate your complaint thoroughly and provide a written response within 30 days.
Step 3: External Dispute Resolution
If you remain unsatisfied after our internal process, you can lodge a complaint with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
